Healthy Eathing Habits


To be in shape, you need to practice sports, but you also need to have healthy eating habits. So, that’s why you need to have a balanced diet. To have a healthy diet you need to eat the four food groups and you need to have varied meals. Habitually, you are supposed to have fruits and vegetables; bread, other cereals and potatoes; meat, fish and alternatives; milk and dairy foods. When you have little munchies you can eat some vegetables and fruits instead of junk food. Sometimes you can eat some candies, chips or chocolates, but it shouldn’t become a habit. To have a balanced diet you can’t skip meals. You need to have your three main meals: the breakfast, the dinner, and the supper.
