When I was in high school I played volleyball for two years. I began to play in secondary three and I ended at the end on secondary four. I really liked that. I stoped to play volleyball in secondary five because I did not have time to practice that. I was in the International program and I already played tennis. I did not have life anymore, thus if I would have continued to play, I would not have had of time for me. So, I did not have time anymore to dedicate to volleyball. I had a choice to make : Tennis or Volleyball. The choice was hard because I liked these sports, but I prefered tennis to the volleyball. If I have been able, I would have continued because that was a sport that I liked to practice.

Healthy Eathing Habits
To be in shape, you need to practice sports, but you also need to have healthy eating habits. So, that’s why you need to have a balanced diet. To have a healthy diet you need to eat the four food groups and you need to have varied meals. Habitually, you are supposed to have fruits and vegetables; bread, other cereals and potatoes; meat, fish and alternatives; milk and dairy foods. When you have little munchies you can eat some vegetables and fruits instead of junk food. Sometimes you can eat some candies, chips or chocolates, but it shouldn’t become a habit. To have a balanced diet you can’t skip meals. You need to have your three main meals: the breakfast, the dinner, and the supper.
Swimming
In the world, there are a lot of sports to practice. Swimming is one of them. Indeed, I think this sport is the best that we can practice for many reasons. In this text I will talk about the good things that swimming brings to you, for examples this sport is good for your health, for your cardiovascular and for your muscles. Firstly, swimming is good for your health because it makes you move and make exercises. Then, it’s a good way to increase your cardio because it’s an individual sport and you can push your limits. Finally, this sport makes you gain some muscles because all your muscles works and it’s more difficult because there are less adhesion in the water then in the air. In conclusion, swimming is a good way to become in shape and to stay in shape. This sport is another than I like to practice and I just swim for fun.
